The KwaZulu-Natal Office of the Premier is inviting unemployed graduates to apply for a 24-month Internship Programme starting in 2025. The program aims to provide practical skills and experience, fostering competence and career development, and requires computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Infrastructure Support: Assist in the maintenance and troubleshooting of ICT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and hardware
• Governance Compliance: Support the implementation and monitoring of ICT policies, standards, and procedures to ensure compliance with organizational governance frameworks
• System Design Assistance: Collaborate with senior architects in designing and improving ICT systems and solutions
• Documentation: Create and update technical documentation, including diagrams, workflows, and reports
• Risk Assessment: Assist in identifying and mitigating risks related to ICT infrastructure and architecture
• Data Analysis: Analyze system performance metrics to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements
• Technology Research: Stay updated on emerging ICT trends and provide insights for potential adoption

Qualifications

• National Diploma or Degree:
• Information Technology
• Bsc Computer Sciences
• Bcom Information Technology Management(Specialising in AE/Cybersecurtity)
